1. Who we are

2. These terms
By placing an order or using this website you agree to these terms. If you don't agree with them, please don't use the site.
We may update these terms from time to time. The version that applies to your order is the one published when you placed it.
3. Who can order
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding contract. By ordering you confirm that you are.
4. Products
We describe our products as accurately as we can, including specifications, dimensions and capabilities. Photographs and illustrations are representative — colours may vary slightly between screens, and product images may show the machine in a staged setting.
Specifications are supplied by the manufacturer. Where a figure is given as a maximum (for example, counting speed), real-world performance may be lower depending on note condition, which detection modes are active, and how the machine is loaded.
5. Product suitability — please read before ordering
Our money counter is supplied for use in the United States only:
- It operates on 110V / 60Hz with a US plug. It is not dual-voltage. A plug adapter will not make it work on other supplies, and connecting it to an incompatible supply may damage it and will void any warranty.
- It counts and verifies US dollars and euros only. It will not count other currencies.
We state these limitations on the product page, in our FAQ and here. It is your responsibility to check that the product suits your currency and power supply before ordering. If you order knowing it won't work where you are, our standard returns policy still applies, but we can't be responsible for the product not functioning outside the conditions described.
6. Counterfeit detection
The machine performs ultraviolet, magnetic, infrared and double-note checks on notes passed through it, and alerts you to notes that fail those checks.
No counterfeit detection system is infallible. The machine is an aid to checking currency, not a guarantee of authenticity. We do not warrant that it will identify every counterfeit, altered or damaged note, and we are not liable for any loss arising from a counterfeit note the machine does not flag. You remain responsible for your own verification procedures.
7. Prices and currency
Prices are shown in USD and include include applicable taxes.
We may change prices at any time, but changes won't affect orders we've already accepted.
We take care with pricing, but if a product is listed at an obviously incorrect price due to a technical or human error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full rather than supply at that price. We'll tell you before we do.
8. Orders
Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed only when we send you a dispatch confirmation — an order confirmation email acknowledges receipt but does not, by itself, accept the order.
We may decline or cancel an order where the product is unavailable, we can't verify payment, we suspect fraud, or there's been a pricing or description error. If we do, you'll get a full refund.
9. Payment
Payment is taken at checkout through Shopify's payment processing. We don't receive or store your full card details. Accepted methods are shown at checkout.
10. Shipping, risk and title
Delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees, and can be affected by carrier delays outside our control.
Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery. Title passes when we've received payment in full.
11. Returns, cancellation and faults

Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under consumer law that cannot lawfully be excluded.
12. Warranty
Products are covered by a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects from the date of delivery
The warranty does not cover damage from misuse, connection to an incompatible power supply, unauthorised repair or modification, normal wear, or failure to carry out routine cleaning and maintenance as described in the manual.
13. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost profit, lost business, lost data, or business interruption.
Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product, or — at our election — replacing the product or supplying an equivalent one.
Nothing here excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded.
14. Acceptable use
Don't use this site to break the law, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorised access, or scrape or copy its content for commercial use.
15. Intellectual property
All content on this site — text, images, layout and design — belongs to us or our licensors and may not be reproduced without permission. Third-party trade marks belong to their owners.
16. Privacy
We handle personal information as described in our [FILL: Privacy Policy link].
17. Third-party links
We sometimes link to other sites. We don't control them and aren't responsible for their content or practices.
18. Events outside our control
We aren't liable for delay or failure to perform caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including carrier disruption, supplier failure, natural events, industrial action or government action.
19. General
If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest stays in effect. A delay in enforcing our rights isn't a waiver of them. These terms are the whole agreement between us about your purchase.
20. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of State law, and the courts of that place have non-exclusive jurisdiction.
